SHIPPING & ORDER LOCATIONS
We ship items purchased on the online store to any state in the United States, plus the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, and England. We do not currently accept orders from any other than these countries at this time. For special cases or special orders, contact our offices at (707) 528-1271.

SHIPPING COSTS
For a limited time only, all non-rush shipping costs are FREE! Joydancer will package and ship your order via UPS or the carrier of Joydancer's choice at no extra charge. For rush orders, overnight delivery or Federal Express shipping, make special arrangements with the office staff by calling (707) 528-1271. There will be extra shipping charges for rush deliveries.

RETURNS SHIPPING
Since many of the items in the Joydancer store are unique or one-of-a-kind, high-value items of artwork, sculpture, or artifacts, proper shipping is a prerequisite to satisfactory resolution to any situation. Any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and if the item is damaged during return shipping, a refund may not be possible. It is recommended that you make return arrangements with the Joydancer staff, call (707) 528-1271. They can help you select a proper shipper, packaging, and shipping insurance, if appropriate.
