What Personal Information About Customers The Joydancer Store Gather?

Some of this information is permanently archived and some is not.

c) E-mails: We archive most email correspondence with our customers in order to provide the best account service possible. We never provide this information to anyone else other than government or law enforcement, and then only as required by law.

What about Cookies?

Our shopping cart software makes use of cookies to store a number that identifies which shopping cart is yours as you shop. The cookie does not store any personal, location or credit card information. The cookie is stored on your computer, and most browsers will encrypt the cookie so as not to be easily read by other web sites. Joydancer shopping cookies expire usually after six hours, but can reside on your system for as long as 30 days or longer, depending on how you have your computer system configured.

How secure is the information?

Our shopping cart software uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection software, which encrypts the account information and credit card information from your computer to ours. All transactions between bank computers and credit card company computers and our servers are also encrypted using SSL.

Additionally, our Digital Certificate automatically verifies through trusted third-party authentication services that you are connected to the server for Joydancer of Santa Rosa, California, and not an unauthorized third party.
